ABOUT ME
I was born on April 23, 1984, in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as the eldest child of Zora Pinjuh, an entrepreneur, and Ivo Pinjuh, M.Econ.
From an early age, my parents instilled in both my younger sister Katarina—now a university professor—and me a deep appreciation for education, hard work, and integrity. They especially taught us the importance of being responsible and dedicated in everything we do.
After completing primary school in my hometown of Široki Brijeg, I enrolled in the General Gymnasium “Fra Dominik Mandić,” which I graduated from in 2003.

Education
In 2003, I enrolled at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, where I graduated in 2008 after defending my thesis on the topic “The Constitutional Court and Constitutional Adjudication.”
Traineeship
In 2009, I began working as a trainee lawyer at the Joint Law Office of Zdravko Baburak, Dijana Brezak, and Zrinka Grabas in Zagreb. During this period, I quickly adapted to the internal structure and work organization of the firm, and it was through this experience that I realized law practice was the professional path I wanted to pursue.
Bar Exam
In 2011, I passed the bar exam.
Independent Law Practice
In 2014, I established my own independent law office, where I have been working ever since.
Professional Exam for Bankruptcy Trustee
In 2016, I passed the professional exam for bankruptcy trustees. Since then, alongside my legal practice, I have also been performing the duties of a bankruptcy trustee. I am listed on the official register of bankruptcy trustees maintained by the Ministry of Justice and have been appointed as a trustee by the Commercial Courts of the Republic of Croatia in over 200 cases to date.
Mediator Training
In 2023, I completed the Mediator Training Program organized by the Croatian Mediation Association. Upon completing the program, I became qualified to act as a mediator. I am registered in the Register of Mediators maintained by the Center for Peaceful Dispute Resolution, which was established by the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration.

As a lawyer, I have handled complex legal cases throughout my career, often involving negotiations, drafting legal documents, providing legal opinions, and representing clients before all courts in the Republic of Croatia. I have represented a large number of both individuals and legal entities, from Croatia and abroad, always guided by the principle that "my client's best interest comes first."
As a bankruptcy trustee, I have been appointed in over 200 bankruptcy cases to date. This experience has given me a broader understanding of the inner workings of commercial companies and has significantly contributed to my comprehensive knowledge of commercial and corporate law.
As a mediator—whether the mediation takes place in court or outside of it—I help parties reach settlements without imposing binding solutions. My role is to encourage constructive dialogue, helping the parties clarify their positions, identify shared interests, and arrive at mutually acceptable outcomes.
I regularly attend professional seminars, lectures, and training programs to ensure I provide my clients with the most current and effective legal support.
I am a member of the Croatian Bar Association (HOK), the Croatian Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (HUSU), and the Croatian Mediation Association (HUM).
I am married and a mother of three daughters.
